Me and my crew worked 65 of our cow/calves. 62 out of 65 are pregnant which is pretty good. Then went to an older friends farm who took a bad fall and is in rehab to work 120 cow/calves for him. Not sure if I am winning or losing but definitely been at work all day.
Sure does feel good but man am I tired. I have to leave in about an hour to teach class.
Lord, give me strength.

Person bugs you for weeks about getting the new IT equipment
It is finally ready so you set up a time with them to give them what they have been bugging you for for weeks.
You get there at the appointed time and they.......ask you if you can come back later.
God I love IT.......not

What keeps me going....retirement is less than 8 years away

God, I wish I could say that. But I did it backwards, retired first, worked later. I'll more than likely work until I drop dead.

See, there was this Martial Art thing......:)

You know, I think that should be advocated more. Live life while you can enjoy it, then work in the golden years.
I can see where it would create a ton of problems for society but....

There is a recent post about a young man who is a workout junkie. I told him to go for it as long as it does not get in the way of the important stuff in his life. It is up to him to figure out what is important.

Great picture of a beautiful (on the left anyway;)) couple. I can definitely get caught up in reminiscing.
We have been married 28 years and renewed our vows at 10 years.
I never thought of it like that but it was a great way to get the party started. No divorce required.
Our family only shows up for weddings and funerals. ;)

Been searching for a home for the feral cat that adopted us back in June. Our landlord wants her out.
Someone put up an ad on Craigslist Maui for us, responses have been coming in. So hard to let her go, she's become like a family member. And we're not even cat people, we're dog people. Sigh.
