Ah yikes.. take care of yaself, ease back into things slowly, hope you recover well!

Ahh yep tramadol just doesn't react well for some folk :s

Exciting about the writing, awesome to hear! Love it when something finally is ready to come out and manifest.
I always say, I am a very diligent and organized translator, but a horrid, lazy writer. :)

Y'all, if you have issues originating from weaker low back, here is what I found out works:

Yoga poses and combos:
- cat-cows;
- bird-dogs;
- lizard;
- pyramid;
- forward fold;
- pigeon;
- child's pose;
- half-crescent stretch.

Belly dance movements:
- roll-down;
- hip roll;
- hip circle;
- hip shimmy - starting slow, accelerating very gradually.

The Hobbit doesn’t do “ease in slowly”. I think it’s a Soviet thing.

In other news:

I got a new phone.

This one has become untrustworthy outside - which kinda negates the whole 'mobile' aspect...

Transfer and setup session incoming.

Mine's all done - feel free to pop round and I'll get yours sorted ;)

Well, I say 'done' - basic setup and transfer of contacts etc took about 10 mins, there'll be app tweaks and stuff ongoing until it gets replaced...

A slightly bigger challenge will be getting my mum's new phone sorted at the weekend - moving from ickphone to android, and I'm entirely unsure how iOS works. That'll be fun.

OMW, although transferring contacts will probably have to be done manually
Not an ickphone, but a dumb one....

Cushy tushie?

Depends how you interpret that ;)

But yeah, much more comfortable - padding of any sort isn't required to make a saddle comfy, and if it's the wrong type or placement of padding it makes things far worse.

If it's an old fashioned dumb phone you should still be able to copy contacts to the sim and import on the new one.

Might need to fiddle with adaptors if the sims are different sizes mind.

I only have a few, and some can be lost as they are no longer relevant

So a young guy, likely in his early 20s, shows up for a job interview today, in another office in my department. Now what do you think he wore to the job interview....deck shoes, no socks, cargo shorts and an orange plaid no tail button shirt....oh and he looked like he had not shaved in a day or two....
