I just had a ten ounce fillet mignon and two fried eggs for breakfast. With Kona coffee of course. And it ain't even a day off. :)
I haven't had steak for breakfast in years. Back when I could eat the Country Boy breakfast at Cracker Barrel, I used to do so regularly. Can't eat all that (and stay the same size) any more. Too much desk-sittin'.

It was close. There was an obstacle called "the mulch mound", which was basically a huge pile of mulch they already had in place - since the event was at a community park.

Lol. And why is this obstacle called " wash my car?"

My son & I did a 5K obstacle race yesterday, too. But we got ice cream... See the Ice Cream Race
