I'm just getting back to studying some of my old techniques. I acquired a 2nd degree brown belt when i was studying but haven't practiced since 1996 so just trying to remember some of the older techniques from Green belt down.

I have videos from 3rd brown to 1st black i can refer to. Most of them i can't remember are from Green, blue, and purple belts.

for example some from Green i have no clue

Retreating phoenix
Sweeping branches
Flashing wings
Monkey elbow
Hidden fist
Folding wings
Spear of Jade
Shooting star

some from Blue

Striking serpent
Dance of death
Circle of china
Phoenix
Plucking the bird from the sky

Purple

Spreading the leaves
Circling elbows
rocking elbow
The bridge
Striking fang

these familar to anyone?

Definitely not "old school" black belt (promoted last year) but all of the techniques can be found on the website http://www.tracyskarate.com I read another post that asked where you can get videos of the techniques, sets and forms. You can order them off of this website also. They are called quick reference videos and have everything from yellow belt to 5th black. Steve Finn is the instructor and he breaks everything down. They are very good videos. Hope this helps!!
