    You are a man of few words, my brother. Hopefully, you'll reply to some questions, as I have some interest in this.

    How long have you been lifting? And how long in that journey did you start with kettle-bells?

    Annnnnnnd.....what have you found as more positive benefits of the kettle-bells as opposed to convention weights? Any downsides? I don't think there are, but you're lifting more often than I am now.

    Buka ill be 50 next year and i studied krav maga and kettlebells for 2.5 years. About a 15 months ago i injured my leg and had a hard time walking and working out. I ballooned to 250 lbs and was not working out. I use to train exclusively with weights and could lift pretty heavy. About 4 or 5 years ago i was getting bursitis from lifting heavy so i trained with light weights and maintained my strength by a few reps of heavy weights. I like kettlebells cuz it is not so linear movements and you move in arcs. As i get older i like to stay fit and burn fat. Here are pics of me fat and skinny today.[​IMG][​IMG]

    Nice, bro! Good job. Let me ask you, how are the kettle-bells on the wrist? Any different than with dumb bells?

    I have more questions, but, alas, I'm off to work. It's my damn Monday.

    You dont really grasp the kettlebell like other things. You hook your fingers when hanging and to start you put the bell in the fold of your thumb and palm. There are videos. Subscribe to my channel and ask me this question and ill do a video of it.
