INAWASHIRO, Fukushima Pref. (Kyodo) Aiko Uemura put the disappointment of missing out on a Vancouver Olympic medal behind her Sunday by capturing her first World Cup title of the season in the women's moguls at a weather-shortened meet.
Uemura, fourth last month in Vancouver, scored 23.00 points to clinch victory in the eighth leg of the World Cup series at Listel Park.
