I have seen a few JKA schools who do not allow spectators. You must set an appointment for a private interview and intro program.
Is that standard for JKA schools?

Or just the lucky 2 I have tried to walk into

It would surprise me to learn that that was standard for the JKA, but I know that many individual schools have such policies. It's usually a way of guaranteeing they'll be able to give you their sales pitch.

Yes.....and i believe that is what it was....Since Ihad to schedule a time to speak to the instructor..

Now, I know It could be he doesn't use a sales person, and he wants to meet all potential new people....but chances are, it is so they can sell you the program.

I just think it is weird to not let people see what they are getting before making a sale.
