This weekend was very difficult for the little one this weekend with wins, losses ups downs and and some life lessons in between. But most of all I was humbled by the outpour of support from the TKD community. Parents, Masters, Trainers, Athletes too many to name or count. Thanks!

This weekend at the Nationals @ San Jose. My daughter had been training on her own for the last month (since she was unable to train at her regular facility for various reasons) She suffered a devastating and surprising loss on Fri but managed to qualify for the Sr team Team trials on Sun. @ age 14. The event itself was less than up to par as far as being well run. But what made it great was the support and encouragement that she received from so many people. Thanks again everyone!
