Do Mr Sullivan and Mr LeRoux have a "hard site" school? Do they teach EPAK or have they change it to form their own system? Do they accept people into the IKCA that they themselves have not promoted, or do you have be promoted through their video series?

Mr. Sullivan came up the hard way being one of Mr. Parker's early (4th) Black belts in Kenpo. Mr. LeRoux became a Black belt under Mr. Parker in the late 60's. I like it because it is like the Parker Chinese Kenpo I studied in the 70's with Mr. Jeff English. Kenpo thats based on sold basics with ASP (accuracy, speed and power). They do not call the Kenpo they teach EPAK but Chinese Kenpo. The techniques compare very easily to Mr. Parker's. The Bylaws of the IKCA state that any rank given by Mr.Parker (IKKA) will be fully accepted at the IKCA. They promote students by the video system or through IKCA schools. Your best source of information is at the IKCA website.
