How practical is Martial Arts for self defense?

    i havnt seen him in quite awhile. easy to spot he has a pancake on his head

    I think you and some others here have already taken too many blows to the head ( as in strikes). Time to bow into class, calm your spirit, and devote yourselves to martial arts.
