How many hrs a night do you sleep?

Shift worker but I manage 6-7 hours per day and the odd nap

lately with the dark coming in so early .. I have wanted to sleep earlier but instead I'm up way late and still waking up early..
Pffts natural body clocks~!!

I get about 6 - 7 hours per night but its not enough! another hour would be nice!

About 8 I guess and It suits me fine!
