Well, my "kids" aren't kids anymore but now wish I had instituted more holiday traditions. I make cookies, bake different breads for gifts, adopted another family for a while, pick a few names off the giving tree, get together with friends or family, do stockings, tree, dinner, but nothing too out of the ordinary.

Does anyone have a longstanding tradition, zany or otherwise in your family or friend circle? TW

One of ours is that my mom makes homemade mini-cinamon rolls on Christmas morning, nothing that out of the ordinary, just something she's done since I was a little kid.

Another (this one's a little wierd) is that of Christmas eve my dad makes eggrolls from scratch. I have no idea where he leared how to make eggrolls but they're better than any I've ever had in a restaurant. Why eggrolls on Christmas eve? Who knows but I'm not complaining :D.
