Had Professor Jared Feieranbend down to teach a whole seminar on pulling guard.
Collar and Sleeve into DLR, worked on moving in omoplata, berimbolo, sweeps, triangles, etc. Worked on what if? scenarios, including moving into x guard and then several variations from there.
As a beginner it was a bit overwhelming, but what a great, fantastic teacher, and I felt like I learned a lot.
Really enjoyed the omoplata.
