Grandmaster Kim Soon Bae passed away

I received this email yesterday:

Dear All members,It is with deepest regret that I inform you of the passing of Soon Bae Kim, the former President of World Taekwondo Changmookwan.
He passed away peacefully in the morning of the 21st, today.
He was respected, admired and will be truly missed by all who knew him.
Our sincere thoughts and sympathies go to his family and friends.

Also, I found out from one my kwan brothers that Grandmaster Kim has been awarded a posthumous 10th Dan by the Kukkiwon for his contributions to Taekwondo.
