Hey all, if anyone needs a good personal workout timer this one is great! http://www.gymboss.com/. I have just started some new interval training called Tabata intervals and it works great for them. I like it because you can set two different countdowns and it is about the size of a pager, so it is not bulky at all. Prolly be good for bag work as well

I am not sure but I think you may have just solved a problem for me.

Standing in Santi doing 5 minutes a leg for a total of 15 minutes per side (and greater) requires changing sides every 5 minutes and my current timer requires me to reset it after each 5 minute interval and it is driving me nuts.

If I set a time for 5 minutes will it run through that 5 minute sound some sort of alarm and then automatically run through another 5 minutes and of course repeat as much as necessary?

Yep, it will do that, no problem. It goes up to 60 min, I think

This Tabata?
1) For twenty seconds, do as many repetitions as possible
2) Rest for ten seconds
3) Repeat seven more times
Nice. Do you mind if I ask what exercises you're using?

Yep thats the one.
Today I did incline dumbell presses
Some others I'll put on the list:
Squat thrusts
Sprawl Drills
exercize bike
Rubber med ball drills
Sledgehammer and old tractor tire, just saw this one (You hit the tire with the Sledgehammer!)
What ever else I can think up or steal.
I like to make the exercizes use as many muscle groups as possible
