Free standing punch bag

So I've finally purchased from amazon a free standing punch bag. I know it's not as good as a heavy bag but I haven't got the space for one. I decided on the golds gym ones as it was cheap £99.99 compared to others which were around 200 and I've used the gold gym ones before at my old karate club and they're good and can take a good beating. It should be here by about 5th November I'm looking forward to it as I've wanted one for years and can finally do some bag work on my own. Until now I've just had to use my dad holding a kicking shield or focus mitts and obviously I can't do that whenever I want so it'll be good to be able to do my own training with that and ill try and upload some videos on here of me using it that I can use for corrections or other ideas etc.
