4-Year-Old Removed From Home after Drinking Beer, Stealing Gifts
CHATTANOOGA (WRCB) - The Department of Child Services has stepped in after a four year-old drank beer and stole presents.
Logan Pugh awoke to sheriff's deputies looking for his four year-old neighbor Monday night, and discovered his Christmas tree had been robbed of packages.
A dress, once wrapped under the tree, was found down the street. The missing four year-old boy was wearing the dress, and the child had an empty beer can in his hand when deputies found him.
