What formalities do you observe?

What formalities do you guys observe in your FMA classes? Do you open and close the class with a formal oracion, a ritual bow, a nod of the head, or just call out something like, "Heads-up guys, let's get started..."? Do you have a formal title for the instructor like Guro, Tuhan, Datu, Maestro, Manong, Master, or even Grandmaster... or do you call him by his first name? Either way, how does this affect the training atmosphere at your school?
