Guros ... a topic for discussion: How do each of you handle a brand new student to your art ? Someone who has had no formal training of any kind, nor do they have any frame of reference for the fundamentals or philosophy of what you offer.

Do you pre-interview and give some materials relating to system or just throw them in the mix and use the saturation method until something sticks ?

I'm curious as to what differing approaches are out there.

The first session of training for new students includes a discussion of the programme and some of the background and history of our particular style of bagua.
