The year 2006, Pekiti-Tirsia was accepted in the Philippine Public Safety College under the Presidency of Madam Tingting Cojuangco . Public Safety College has 18 training centers in the entire Philippines wth at least 300 to 700 police Non-commissioned officers on a six months course. The first test of the Edged Impact Weapon TActical Control Dynamics was at the headquarters of the Philippine Public College and National Police College at Fort Bonifacio, Metro Manila Philippines.
The POI includes , the Safety Baton Tactical Training , Knife tactical control dynamics, speed cuffing, arrest procedures and methods of shielding,weapon retentions, Handgun familiarization and strategic tactical shooting, Escalation of force, Force continum, Liability reduction factors.
PSSC training centers that went into the first wave of training were ,Region 6 composed of Panay and Negros. Training center at Mansilingan, Bacolod City, Police Cadets trained 600

SSC , Lucena City
680 Police Cadets at 8 hours a day for three days intensive training
NCR Training Center at Bicutan PNP Central Command :
450 Police Cadets at 8 hours a day for three days intensive training
Canlubang Region 4 PSSC Training Center
720 Police Cadets 8 hours a day for three days intensive training
National PNP Headquarters : National Police College
Lateral Entry :50 PNP Doctors, 60 PNP Attorneys 150 Forensic technical manpower, PNP Investigators, PNP officers from LtS to Colonels.
The main course in the lateral entry was the PTK Gunology that open the most practical training in the handling of handgun from different drawing position using the principle of PTK footwork strategies and tactical approach in aiming the target on an exact positioning of the arms and the use of the trigger finger. The handgun familiarization is tactical combat footworks with constant mobility but with a steady aiming at the targets in motion. From walking to running and dropping position to ground level position on constant motion. The hand check corrects the trigger fingers , the handle grips, the angles of the arms , the right turning facing multiple targets,the 350 degree turned while on shooting motion.
Speed draw and magazine replacement plays an important action during CQB. Baricading and other forms of shielding methods in every opportunity that a cover can be utilized.
Mental discipline to focus on targets with appreciation against multiple opponents.
Handgun close quarter disengagement with return fire .Directional approach from different position were practice as if its real situations.
Mandala Rommel Tortal took the training at the PNP range using real bullets with Speed Draw using the PTK Quantum Tactical combat Shooting.
2007 First week of November to year 2008, the second wave of training will start at Central Command based in Cebu City to cover Region 7 Leyte Samar, to Tacloban, Bohol followed by Mindanao Region 8-9-10-11-12.
The Philippine National Academy had their first Graduate 2006 of 280 2nd Lts officers on Edged Impact Weapon Tactical Combat .
PTK Gunology is the extension of the PTK Knife Close Quarter Combat that expresses the exact assesment of the situations using the Knife Strategic attacks on constant mobility.
PTK School of Combative Strategy used the technology in Edged WEaponry applied to Gunology.
