How many of you guys teach old folks? Hell, how many of you are old folks? I'm in my fifties and I approach training a bit differently than I did in my twenties and thirties. Injuries that used to heal in days now take forever to get better, so I have to be more aware. And, I want to still be able to do this in my eighties. Is that realistic? I am older than fifty by more than a bit and I still practice and teach. If they can walk in and have the desire to learn they are welcome at my place. In truth I would rather have an old timer than a young uncontrolled, undisciplined child in class
