flexibility programs for MT

Hi, I'm lookng for suggestions on flexibility training to prepare for MT training in about 6 weeks; my background is in boxing, and, unfortunately, a lot of weight training, so I'm pretty inflexible right now. Any help is appreciated!

Im thinking you need to stretch. Bill Wallace has a very good book on stretching you mind find helpful
