I mean, now, that is not a problem, but before I had some odd jobs, crazy late hours, working on weekends, I never knew when will I finish work. On top of that the gym I was going only had evening classes, so it is only good if you had a day job.

Not to mention that you still have to live normal life, see you friends, family, do your other hobbies, see your girlfriend..
I was not very motivated at some stages in my life.
I just couldn't get it all together to work.
So, yes, I had big gaps in my trainings, sometimes that were months, sometimes even few years, I was not happy.

Luckily now my gym has at least three Muay Thai sessions a day, plus MMA, Karate, Boxing....

Let me know, please, how did you overcome this problem if you had one.

Cheers and thanks!

I too work weekends, have trouble fitting a girlfriend and a social life, and I had a list of things which motivate a person to train, but I lost it and I was going to look for it but... what's the point?:lol2: Just know that you feel better when you train.
