class in washington dc/northern va

hello everyone i am doing a monthly class in arlington virginia. my next class is june 20. this class is 4 hours long, and we do it one saturday a month. when the class grows i will add more classes. if you do not belong to a school, but would like to learn to fight, this will be a good class to join.

hi everybody,

we will add a second class on sunday now. on sunday we will also teach Jow Ga kung fu, and i will have ron wheeler who will teach the kung fu. he is a champion here in the US and in singapore for forms and full contact fighting.
