Any exercise that you line up your back shoulder, chest, front shoulder, front arm is good exercise.

This video can also achieve the same goal.

Thank you, although I do not know what he is doing exactly it looks very similar to bajiquan, or "drawing a bow" from "ba duan jin". Actually, pushing a stone tablet does seem similar to all of these.

We also have a special 13 taibao, inside is called "shoot the stars" which is very similar.
