I need to get back into training mode for awhile and do more martial art and a little less martial talk.

This has been my first online martial community and it has been a great one. I have learned alot.

There are good ships,
and there are wood ships,
The ships that sail the sea.
But the best ships, are friendships,
And may they always be.
