    Butthan is a martial arts from Bangladesh. It is a hybrid system containing elements from Chinese, Indian, Myanmar (Burmese) and Tibetan martial arts styles. According to International Butthan Federation, Butthan is known as the "noble art of stopping-fight and enlightenment. It produces physical, mental and spiritual balance".

    This Bangladeshi martial arts consists of the following main elements:

    • Mental & Spiritual Development (i.e. mediation)
    • Self-Defense
    • Forms
    • Weapons (i.e. staffs, swords, etc.)
    • Siddha Medicine
    • Flexibility & Strength

    Most of the Chinese influence in Butthan actually comes via Bando
