poomsae

I've trained in martial arts since I was four years old. I have my black belt in Taekwondo, Tangsoodo, and GongKwon Yusul and currently my green belt in Shotokan. Does anyone have the written instructions for the new Kukkiwon competition poomsae (Himchari, Bigak, etc.)? Want to try them myself but I think it'll be easier for me to learn from instructions rather than a really fast video.
