  • I am well, thanks a lot, Robyn! P90X, too?! - good stuff. You're too much like me with the KF movies and Ninja Turtles, or a cross between my daughter and me. The KF movies...honor, compassion after defeating someone... So I'm training people and crosstraining them and running out of time. I then say, P90X, and a few others because it's legit. I'm a lot less, I guess cocky as a trainer, but he's very enthusiastic, too (the P90X guy) and deserves to be a age 50. No disagreement with his stuff and what work - works. We should stay up on science and 'down' with old school, honest, consistent effort. Stay happy and inspirational. The world needs more people like you!
I love your page and James quote. You must be thrilled about the Saints. I see you do Yoga/Pilates. I was doing so many exercises I thought I invented Pilates when I first saw a book in Barnes and Noble about 5 years ago! Yoga...almost that, too! But seriously I chilled on joint stretches which I considered Yoga to be and otherwise just stretch so many ways it would be hard to actually diagram it. I guess seeds of some disabilities (bad matresses) leads to creative response and so I always stretch upon waking. I feel bad for my great wife that while she's in good shape, she always felt compelled to work immediately upon waking while I'd exercise then work. Then exercise. Just shooting the breeze, and nice to meet you!
It was a pic of Elanor...such a cutie! I'll have to look up the temperment of Cavalier King Charles Spaniels...once Karen gets to be at least 2-3 years old, we want to get a puppy for her to grow up with...but temperment will be the key..that said...beautiful dog!
HI Robyn, just got your message and thank you! You're pics are very cool and lovely! well met!
Aikido huh? That's cool! I train Muay Thai , but I am still intrested in the Samurai Arts (Kenjustu and Japanese Jujitsu)
What art do you study? It looks like one of the Japanese sword arts ( iaido, kenjutsi, kendo?).
Hi Robyn. It seems we have quite matched 'lives' in some respects. I'm an iaidoka who used to be a museum curator an is an avid video game player :D.
