Album: Outdoor training Sat 10 11 08

Class was held in a few different locations today (10/11/08) A step grass covered hill to get used to step falling and rolling including group, some semi-rough uneven terrain with lots of sticker/thorny bushes, rocks, and occasional beer bottles here and there not to mention ruts and holes great for ankle work and ground work, then some work along a small log strewn creek bed at the bottom of a local gully, including rolling amongst the rocks, off and on to a foot bridge and other ground and climbing work. Not recommended for all or even most, but loads of fun with the proper instruction
