Sunday will be a pot-luck in the park. I'm running the grill and will be coordinating with folks to bring drinks (non-alcoholic only, sorry), plates/utensils/cups, and some other foods. I'm bringing the burgers n dogs. There's an Aldi's and a supermarket 5 minutes away from the school and the hotel, so no one has to worry about being from out of town and not knowing where anything is. (Maps will be available again.)

One of the upsides this year is that I have nothing going on in July. Also my wife and kid's do want to go to Niagara Falls. So I am thinking that I will be coming.

Brian my kids loved the falls last year.

There's a lot more than just the Falls, too--it's a big city. Great musuems, a good zoo, Shakespeare in the Park, etc....

If I gotta chance sick time I'll make it....I put in for it last year and they let me go as I was teaching..I dunno..So many seminars and so little money and time off...

Tim's in Europe the next 2 weeks, but once he gets back I'll start firming up the Saturday schedule. I'm aiming for 5-6 instructors this year, thinking we'll do an hour each, 45 minutes mat with 15 minutes Q&A / water break. Add in some 'demo' time for folks who want to show a little of what they do but can't do a full hour. Buffet will be the same place as last year as I think everyone enjoyed it.

Friday should run like last year, different eatery though. There's a place 10 minutes from the school that's a big wing place / sports bar. I'll be checking them out as well as a few other spots.

Sunday is looking to be an outdoors thing, looking at renting a picnic shelter and doing a random interaction day. Basically, I'll be grilling burgers n dogs, we'll have some sides and drinks and just hang out in the park all day doing whatever. Currently looking at the costs for all that.

Also will be talking to hotels next week.
