Kenpo in the Carolinas 2008

I'd like to take this opportunity to formally invite everyone to "Kenpo in the Carolinas 2008". This will be our third year bringing in folks from all over for a great day of Kenpo! I do want to point out that the seminar is not limited to IKCA folks. You do Kenpo? Then come on down, or up or over!

I wanted to remind those that are coing down on Friday that there will be a Meet & Greet Friday evening at Red Sun Academy (the seminar site) from 6-9 pm. You can come prepared to work out and maybe run a technique line or two or you can just come to put faces to names and get to know folks a little better. Between 6-9 you can come when you like and leave when you like, or hang around for the full three hours. (There will not be any food, so eat dinner before you come.)
