INTEL Survey for Martial Artists Age 18-25 (Admin approved)

Hey everybody, my name is Ethan Feilich. I am currently a high school student in New York and a martial artist. I have begun research for the INTEL ISEF competition, a rather prestigious competition for research students and specialists alike.

I am studying the effects of martial arts on early adults, and I would be grateful if anybody between the ages of 18 to 25 would be kind enough to take just a few minutes of your time to help my research by participating in a small survey in the link below. My survey is not intrusive, and all results are anonymous. None of your personal information is divulged, and the results are tallied together online before I can even tell how many people have taken the survey. My request for survey participants has been approved by Bob Hubbard (Admin).

If you'd like to review the terms of my survey or even create your own, visit SurveyMonkey.com.

Anyway, the scientific community and myself thanks you for your participation!
