    Bagua Staff Form

    Martial Arts Equipment

    The quality of this vid is not great, but the guy's form, stance esp., is very nice. Worth seeing.

    Hung Ga 5th Brother 8 Trigram pole... Not bad.

    I like this play better...

    I know lots of people don't favor forms training too much, but I personally like the way it gives me a CLF aftertaste...

    I didn't think it was Bagua, and now I see why, its Hung Ga .

    It actually has similarities to tha Xingyiquan staff form I learned many years ago
