It's an interesting read, some good points. Bit of a sales pitch for the company but good info either way.

My favorite was when they mention big schools vs. intimate ones. My wing chun school is on the small side, which is great because we all get personal attention. If I opened a school, I would keep it in the same vein as Sifu.

An interesting document. For me, it is a real indicator how "mainstream" MA schools now are - I can remember some 20 years back when an experienced Sensei I knew wanted to publish a book on this subject, and Tuttle Press turned down the project because they thought "there is little interest in such a topic"!
