Hi, I was wondering what song "you" consider your Martial arts theme song. I'll start with "In the Neck" by REVCO. perhaps "you" could list a few.

wow, good question.
i like to think mine is "welcome to the jungle" by guns n roses, but I still have a strong emotional response to hearing Snap's "the power" :)

At our anual school demo they played the Soundtrack from "Rocky". I'll tell ya I get pretty pumped listening to "Eye of the Tiger" before a workout. As far as doing forms, well I don't really do them to music or anything.

Believe it or not, I just did my carenza last night to a song called "Breath" by Swollen Members featuring Nelly Furtado. Although not my usual workout music, it is high energy and positive, so it fit my high speed carenza quite nicely. Normally though, I listen to techno, trance and deep house...stuff without lyrics, but high energy, altered state kinda stuff.
