Anyone know of any good Robin Hood books or even movies.

As far as movies go, I have seen Errol Flynn's 1938 version and Sean COnnery in one called Robin and Marion and Kevin Costner's Prince of Thieves. Any others?? How about books?

thanks,
Jeremy Bays

Hmmm, this should probably be shifted to the entertainment forum....

I liked Sherwood, by Parke Godwin, it goes away from the traditional image of Robin Hood and places the storyline during the Norman Conquest. Great historical information and accuracy, good stuff.

I also liked the BBC release of Robin Hood with Patrick Bergin and Uma Thurman. It isn't available on DVD yet.

Hope that helps,

Lamont
