This ended up being a great day! The first session we worked block check counter drills and the 2nd session we worked on joint locking which is always one of my favorites! :) The students picked up the material quickly and it was great seeing people that I had met the last time as well as making new friends. I have been invited back to teach again at the end of the summer. More details soon. The next seminars I am teaching will be in Cranston, RI, central CT area, and Fitchburg, MA.
