These are videos of me doing the Argument of Movement and the Slam Set. I posted them here because he is a 9th degree black belt in Tracys Kenpo. I also posted them under the Jospeh Simonet thread in the other section. I really love the Argument of Movement and everyone here should learn it. I also love the Slam Set and wooden dummy work. Right now I live in South Korea and do not have my dummy here. I miss it.
