What format is it before you PDF it (if any) and what progrma do you use to make the PDFs?

Adobe Indesign 2.0 is used to assemble the final PDF.
Images are edited (if need be) in Adobe Photoshop, and I use Microsoft Word 2000 to do the spellchecking and grammer checking.
The bonus with this combination is that the final product can be easily exported in a PC friendly or a commercial printer friendly version with a few mouse clicks.
