Top Poster in last 24 hours feature

I added a small tweak to the stats area. It will show who was the top poster in the last 24 hours.

Note: this number will constantly change, as it is not the last 'day', but last 24 hours.

So, if you look and see 50 posts, then look again and the same person has only 45, remember its constantly being recalculated.
