Hey All,
Does anybody out there have an idea of how to go about making a board holder for breaking. I am strapped for cash and therefore reluctant to buy one but was wondering if someone had experience making them or new where I could find directions, guidance, etc. Otherwise its fun trial and error.
Thanks, Rob

For what type of breaks? There are many ways to hold a board.

Didn't we just have this discussion not too long ago in the TKD forum?

"Try cinder blocks."

Why do people keep saying that? heh, is there some magical way to get cinder blocks to hold 8 boards perpendicular to the ground for me so I can side kick them?

maybe you could rig some sort of vice grip so you would be able to do you kicking techniques and air break hand strikes.

Specifically, I was talking about horizontal techniques such as TKD side kick, and various hand techniques (ie. ridgehand, punches, etc.)
and yes, i posted this on the TKD thread but was hoping for more helpful answers on a more general forum.
