Hello everyone,
Ive trained a few different Martial Arts over the years. Shotokan Karate do is my main focus.
I definitely dont believe in any one style being better or worse than the other. Whether its Tai Chi, Boxing or BJJ, Its always the person not the art that defines potential capabilities etc.
Well, i thought I'd keep this brief so I can head for the threads.
