what to do??

Hello to everyone i have been very busy, but something has happen over the last two weeks that i want to share.
i know that some of you might remember what happen when i had a student leave and did some bad talk,well one of the people who started with me and than went over with this person,well he called me and told me that he was sorry about everything that happen and that he wants to come back with me.
WHAT TO DO? well i like to hear what some of the of the teacher's would do ? i will let you know what I did later.
