Master Sken

Hi, i've never studied any martial art other than karate and am considering attending a lesson at Master Skens Sitnarong International Muay Thai Association. Do you think this would be a wise decision? Any comments on master sken, or his academy would be appreciated. Would i struggle to pick up muay thai after studying karate for years? Master Sken is the real thing all right. I remember when he first came to Manchester with his two friends masters Toddy and Woody from Thailand back in the mid 1970's.

I believe the late Danny Conners had something to do with bringing them over? They were in their prime back then, but I'm sure Sken is still a force to be reckoned with.

As far as your training in Dentokai karate goes, who knows if it will help or not? My advice is to go into the new training with an open mind and a desire to learn. If you do that the rest will follow.
