My Si-dai, Jeff Webb wrote an article on Chi-Sau in the current issue (Volume 18, Number 2, 2009) of Journal of Asian Martial Arts. The article is titled, "Tactile Reflex Development Through Wing Tsun's 'Sticking-Hands' Practice" and is a fairly in-depth technical examination of physiological effects and benefits of Chi-Sau training. A bit heavy reading, but no worse than some of Mook's posts, LOL. Also, it has some good picture sequences of different basic Chi-Sau drills. If you can get ahold of a copy, I'd definitely recommend it. Let me know what you think.

Is that an American publication Geezer ?
I wouldn't mind having a read of that , but I don't think we get that mag in my country.
Is there somewhere you can read it on the internet?

I found the magazine and read the article. Very in-depth as you stated. I enjoyed it, and it goes into a lot of detail for the Wing Chun student.
