Not to far away from me actually...

Is this open to anyone?

Quick question:

What is the attire that is preferred for the participants?

Would street clothes be ok, or Gi or sweatpants be preferrable?

Thanks,

Well we had a great time today.

I covered single leg and double leg takedowns from a variety of different entries along with variations on the double legs when a person's movement dictates different action. Then we really got into standing clinch work with a half dozen varieties and moved into hip throws, leg pick ups, rolling take downs, butterfly sweep from a standing clinch, etc. It was a good group with lot's of spirit and lot's of effort so everyone was breaking a serious sweat after about the first fifteen minutes. http://www.martialtalk.com/forum/images/icons/icon14.gif

The only bad thing was that my camera and video camcorder batteries were low even though I had checked them earlier in the day. (no pictures :( )

That's great! Glad everything went well. Unfortunately, my apologies I wasn't able to make it. Had prior commitments with my dad, lol that I forgot about completely.

That sucks too! It sounds like it was an awesome workshop.
