Hat's off to that young man. He's obviously very well-conditioned and never seemed to quit. Looks like he had everything but the kitchen sink thrown at him. Well done.

We employ what is now termed 'Natural Motion' aka the original version of the sine-wave without the 'down' part at the beginning.


How long does it take from beginner to bb???
In our school, for the average adult, training real hard.. about 5/6 years. Sushil (in the vid) started as a child.. failed his 1st kup.. quite for a couple of years and then returned, trained hard, passed his 1st kup and now BB.
