I don't know the man, but if he's a student of Rhon Mizrachi (http://www.kravmagafederation.com/Rhon-Mizrachi.html), then it's probably for real-legit Krav Maga from the first person licensed to teach it in the U.S., a man who has studied it for more than half his life, and taught it to Israeli Defense forces.

I say "probably" because there are also some people teaching for the Krav Maga Federation who are, in my opirion, "probably" less than competent.

We use Gidon System (IKMA), and David Kahn's teachings are unmatched, IMO.
