I remember back during his 1st fight with Royce, back in the day. He said then that he was steroid free. I didn't believe it then, either.

Yeah, Shamrock saying he is steroid free is ridiculous. That's the same as Motley Crue saying the "Didn't do drugs in their heyday." When in actuality their drug problem was not finding enough after the show.
